This article reveals that the Pentagon planned to develop an "aphrodisiac" chemical weapon that would make enemy soldiers sexually irresistible to each other. Provoking widespread homosexual behaviour among troops would cause a "distasteful but completely non-lethal" blow to morale

Heh heh. He said "morale."

Not that there's anything wrong with it. For the most part this would just turn our enemies' soldiers into Tom Cruise from Top Gun. Man, you can ride my tail anytime! I mean, death to the infidel.

Yeah, that's the ticket.
