The Twelve Sexually Transmitted Diseases of Christmas. Not only does the song have a nice beat you can dance to, but there are some-- ahem-- interesting illustrations using stick figures. I'm not sure swollen and lumpy testicles have ever been so vividly portrayed. Also, I think that the Ninth Day Guy might be the Goatse Man on his day off.

I've got nothing today. Then again, Seinfeld was a show about nothing and it had a pretty good run. Then again, Stanley Spadowski doesn't live next door to my clubhouse. Sorry, but I've been working lots of overtime to get caught up after the holiday, and I'm too exhausted to write anything clever or insightful. Not like that a lack of those things has stopped me before, but I digress.

Here are a few links to keep you busy until I recover. I would have used spank-ass bullet points, but I'm too tired.

-- Here's a review of Sun's Java Desktop System, which I have been anxiously anticipating. Running over the top of a Linux system, this may lead to a new player (or players) in the corporate desktop OS market.

-- TMQ strikes back, landing at NFL.com. Gregg Easterbrook will also appear on the NFL Network, which is available to even fewer people than DirectTV's NFL Sunday Ticket.

-- The Village Voice gives us A History of Celebrity Sex Tapes. Up until last week, I had no idea Paris Hilton was. Now I know that 1) She's pretty, 2) she's slutty, and 3) she has the net worth of South America. So basically, she's the perfect woman.

-- Matt's review of the 1985 / 1986 Macy's Thanksgiving Parade coverage contains possibly the funniest video clip ever.

-- For analysis of hot stove baseball moves, Ruz's the Transaction Guy is quite good. Boof Bonzer.
